(1) The Council shall have a separate fund.
(2) The funds of the Council shall consist of the following sums
(a) Grant amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Grant amount received from any foreign government or international organization,
(c) Amounts received for doing research work or consulting services,
(d) Amount received from other sources.
(3) Prior approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained when granting grants from foreign governments or international organizations.
(4) All funds received by the Council shall be deposited in any commercial bank within Nepal.
(5) All expenses to be incurred by the council shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
